Digital service. Refunds are typically granted only for billing errors or service outages. If you experience a technical issue we can’t resolve, email support@get1k.com within 14 days and we’ll review your case.

• Service is provided “as-is” for lawful use only; you’re responsible for content you upload.
• Plans renew automatically until canceled; cancel anytime from your account.
• Abuse or excessive load may result in suspension.
• Taxes are calculated and collected where required (via Stripe Tax).
